UAHT Texarkana Campus Dean
With over a decade of experience in college enrollment and innovation strategies, Jennifer Cunningham currently serves as Dean of the Texarkana campus for the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana. She’s a second-year doctoral student, focused on providing access and equity in Arkansas’s career readiness programs through Educational Leadership. As a former amusement park and improv performer, Jennifer has blended her passion for education and performance to create an “Improv to Improve” curriculum that teaches soft skills and talent/organization development with a comedic approach to modern professionalism. Jennifer is a proud military wife to Blackhawk pilot Captain Bryant Cunningham. They reside in Texarkana, AR, where Jennifer serves on the Board of Leadership Texarkana and is part of the core team for ‘Today’s Youth Tomorrow’s Leaders.’ In 2022, Jennifer received an international ‘Communicator Award’ for her work as the host of UAHT’s online registration event, and in 2023, Jennifer was named one of Four States Living Magazine’s ‘Fabulous 40 & Under.’
