Brad Sheppard serves as the Program Director of Funeral Service Education at the University of Arkansas Hope-Texarkana, bringing over 25 years of experience as a licensed funeral director and embalmer. He has taught in funeral service education for 12 years and currently serves as President of the Faculty Senate.

In addition to his role at UAHT, he is a site team visitor for the American Board of Funeral Service Education (ABFSE) and contributes nationally as a member of the ABFSE Curriculum Committee.

He holds an Associate of Applied Science in Funeral Science from Arkansas State University–Mountain Home, a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Ouachita Baptist University, and a Master of Education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
